Here are the answers to some of the questions you may have. If your query is not listed below, please use the contact form at the bottom of the page to get in touch.


What deposit is required to secure MY wedding date?

A deposit of £250 is required to secure both your wedding date and the package price. We unfortunately cannot hold any dates without a deposit. 
Your remaining video package balance will be due in full 1 month before your wedding. 


CAN I UPGRADE MY VIDEO PACKAGE AFTER BOOKING AT A LATER DATE?

You can certainly upgrade your video package subject to notice period and availability. We may not be able to offer late night footage/bridal prep at a later date than booked if we have subsequently booked a wedding for the following/previous day etc So please give us plenty of notice if you wish to upgrade your package. 


CAN I SUBSTITUTE ITEMS IN MY PACKAGE FOR OTHERS?

You cannot exchange items from other packages however in some rare cases such as swapping BluRay for DVDs we may be able to accommodate. Ask us for more information. 


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO INCLUDE BRIDAL PREPARATION OR EVENING FOOTAGE IN MY PACKAGE (ESSENTIALS OR CLASSIC)?

This is quoted individually for every wedding as each day is different. We take things into account such as time of ceremony, distance from brides house to church and travel time etc so if you are interested in this, please let us know and we will send you a quote according to your specifics. 


DO YOU GET FOOTAGE AT THE HOME OF THE GROOM/GROOMSMEN PREPARATION ON THE MORNING OF WEDDING?

In general we do not shoot at the grooms home as it often does not work out time-wise on the day. We need about 1 hour for bridal prep footage and then 1 hour 30mins before ceremony starts at the ceremony venue plus travel time so in 99% of cases this does not afford any time to go to grooms home. In certain scenarios however this may be possible so please ask us if you are interested.


What time do you arrive at the wedding?

We need to be at your ceremony venue at least 1 hour 30mins before your wedding begins. 


DO YOU POSE THE BRIDE AND GROOM FOR SHOTS AT THE WEDDING?

We do not pose bride/groom/bridal party at all. We capture the events unfolding throughout your day as naturally as possible. 


DO WE RECEIVE THE FULL CEREMONY VIDEO OR IS IT ALL DONE IN 'HIGHLIGHT' STYLE?

You will receive the ceremony in full. This will generally be on your discs. If for any technical reason we need to put your ceremony separately unto USB or other media then we will provide it. This can be due to ceremony length. DVD only allows an allocated time for video and in very long ceremonies or speeches we may have to spread your content across 2 discs. If this option does not work for your video we may give you digital versions of your feature/speeches and put a shortened feature unto disc. You will also receive a highlight video digitally to either download or placed unto your USB. 


CAN I PUT MY HIGHLIGHT VIDEO ONLINE/SOCIAL MEDIA?

We provide videos to you for the sole intention of home use and enjoyment. We are not responsible for any music copyright you may infringe upon when placing your video online if you do not secure the appropriate licenses. We are not responsible for the provision of music licences in your video. The responsibility of this issue remains the customers. 


WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?

We use a range of professional video/audio equipment on your day. We shoot in full HD using DSLR cameras, so no big bulky shoulder rigs to scare guests. We use professional audio equipment such as wireless lapel microphones and audio receivers to capture great audio throughout the day. If the groom does not wish to wear a lapel microphone during the ceremony that will not be a problem. 


HOW LONG UNTIL WE RECEIVE OUR FINISHED VIDEO?

The return time is approx 12 - 24 weeks from your wedding. On most occasions you will receive your video before this timeframe. Our average return timeframe is around 6 weeks.


CAN WE MAKE CHANGES TO OUR VIDEO AFTER IT IS COMPLETED?

You can certainly make changes to your video after completion however this is not included in any package prices and will be charged at an hourly rate depending on your requests. Generally we never receive requests for changes as most of our footage is presented as highlight style and very carefully edited to ensure we get the best results from the footage taken on the day. If you think you may have changes to your video before we send it out please ask us for a watermarked free of charge proof disc to approve your final video. 


DO YOU TRAVEL OUT OF NORTHERN IRELAND?

Travel within all of Northern Ireland is included in all our packages. We certainly can provide services for weddings across the border and beyond however these may include travel costs which are subject to destination etc Please ask for more details if necessary.
